Accepting New Clients - My goal as your therapist is to allow you a space to feel heard and validated in your experiences. I enjoy working with individuals 15+ years old and have experience working with Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma, depression, life adjustments, anxiety, and more. Sessions are offered in office as well as virtually to suit your needs. My approach is laid back, open, and honest. I utilized person-centered, dialectical-behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, and EMDR techniques in my practice to support you in meeting your goals. I offer an empathetic and validating space to my clients to allow you to share your story. EMDR services are offered in person only.
