It's hard to ask for help, so you have taken a really good first step in finding help and feeling better. A significant piece of meaningful and effective therapy is the relationship you have with your therapist. When it's the right fit, therapy can be a wonderful part of your life and can lead to feeling more grounded, confident and empowered. I am grateful to be in this work. It is a privilege to hear the stories of my clients and be a part of their journey. I work with adults and specialize in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders in women. I trained with the Postpartum Stress Center and Postpartum Support International. In addition, as a former musician, I enjoy working with artists and musicians. I also supervise LSW and LCSW level clinicians.
