I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, and issues relating to women and/or families, children/adolescents, LGBTQ+ population and young adults. I have extensive professional experience providing individual, family and group counseling. I am passionate about taking an integrative and holistic approach, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person Centered Therapy, to treat the whole person and ensure that what is done in therapy is personalized, collaborative, and unique to you as a client. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with over 12 years of experience working in my field. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies with a concentration in Health and Human Services as well as a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from The State University of New York at New Paltz.
