My ideal client would be someone ready to dig their heals in and begin to sort through all the layers of life that have accumulated. Soul level work can be beautifully life changing but deep and painful at times. I consider our work together as a commitment to you and the next layer of your life journey. It is precious and sacred. Therapy is a safe place where we peel back the layers of masks we wear every day and just "get real" about ourselves and where we want our lives to lead. Hopefully, our collaboration will encourage you live the life for which you were created. I use EMDR with most clients simply because it allows for intense and lasting change. These changes often times occur faster and go deeper than in standard talk therapy. EMDR is a comprehensive approach, which takes into account the past, present, and future life experiences and patterns that block you from creating the life you desire.
