I work with adults, children and families to help them achieve a greater understanding of themselves and learn coping skills and techniques to achieve personal fulfillment and healthier functioning. You can learn more about me on my website, jessicagersonphd... I work in an integrative fashion, drawing on psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and mind-body therapies. I also conduct gut-centered hypnotherapy and EMDR with clients with medical conditions and chronic pain, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Clients generally experience me as empathic and insightful.
