You may appear strong and capable on the outside while feeling worn down, disconnected, or stuck beneath the surface. Many of my clients have lived through trauma, addiction, high-conflict relationships, or prolonged exposure to stress and crisis. I work primarily with adults via telehealth and am licensed in Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, Wyoming, and Florida. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in understanding the full context of each person’s experience—especially those shaped by demanding roles or systems.
