Life is hard! You don't have to do it all alone. Do you feel stuck in patterns of stress, anxiety, or just feeling overwhelmed? Do you feel constantly on edge? I've worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, and I see how damaging anxiety, depression, stress, insecurities, loneliness, and low self-esteem can be. I provide empowering and supportive, individualized therapy to adults and teens in MA, struggling in these areas who are looking to learn more about themselves, and develop healthy coping skills to manage day to day, and in times of hardship.
