I offer therapy for children, adolescents and adults. Together, we explore what’s working, what feels stuck, and how to move forward toward greater understanding and connecting. For the past eight years, I’ve worked closely with children and families navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. I am specifically trained in Family systems therapy, TF-CBT (Trauma focused CBT), and Solutions focused therapy. I look forward to working with you.
