Hello! My name is Jessica Hallman and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Georgia. Many of us go throughout life having to be different versions of ourselves, whether that’s being different versions at work, with friends or with family. We get into this mode where we compartmentalize, hide ourselves and our experiences for various reasons which can include shame, pain, anxiety, anger, or fear of not being accepted. This often leaves us feeling lost, tired, unfulfilled, or unhappy. During our first session, I will review with you on your intake assessment in order to gain insight on your presenting problems. We will then work together to create manageable goals that you would like to accomplish while in therapy. We will also engage in rapport building; I will tell you a little bit more about myself and learn more about you.
