The most important part of my journey with you is to help you practice self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-growth. The work we do can help with managing and coping with symptoms/traits of trauma, anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, bipolar, addictions, codependency, and much more. My experience includes providing therapy utilizing interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
