I believe therapy is a place to feel heard and make meaningful changes that help you live the life you want to live. If it is important to you, it is important for me to hear. There can be a lot of pressures from other people in our lives that can make us feel like we are not doing enough. I hope to provide a space away from those pressures and judgements, where you can explore your personal values and strengths and find the choices that are right for you! I pride myself on creating a welcoming space for all and utilizing a person-centered framework. I believe in a collaborative process that centers you as the expert of your life.
