I’m a licensed therapist who truly believes healing starts when you feel safe enough to be real. My work is rooted in helping Black adults or teens who feels disconnected from themselves and tired of feeling like they are never enough. They may be navigating interracial adoption, racial identity, belonging, or self esteem while carrying confusion, self doubt, and emotional weight they cannot fully name. They want to feel confident in who they are, trust themselves, and stop shrinking to make others comfortable. They are looking for a space where they can show up fully and feel seen without having to explain themselves. I provide affirming therapy for folks who want to feel more grounded and confident in who they are. I focus on identity, self worth, and emotional healing in a space that feels warm, collaborative, and real. This is not about fixing you. It is about helping you reconnect with yourself.
