As a joyful, bubbly, and eclectic trauma-informed counselor, I’m here to walk beside you with compassion, humor, and grounding support. Some days we’ll laugh, some days we might cry, but every step of the way, you’ll have someone in your corner who truly sees you. I am currently accepting new adult clients for telehealth sessions (BCBS, OPTUM, AETNA, or private pay). I also offer a complimentary consultation so you can get a feel for our work together.
