My approach is gentle and very much focused on building a safe, confidential, and mutually respectful relationship. I believe in the power of mind body connection, and how mental health issues may manifest physically within the body as unexplained illnesses or pain. I use a variety of mental health modalities with the intention of tailoring each treatment to the individual needs of the client. One modality is Animal Assisted Therapy, Bowie (my Golden Retriever) is sure to calm the nerves of any animal lover. Rest assured he does not need to attend therapy if that is your choice. I want to make your space as comfortable as possible.
