I have openings! Are you looking for evidence-based support for yourself or your child? I work across the lifespan, with a speciality in adolescents and young adults. I take an individualized approach and integrate treatments specific to your needs. I have expertise in anxiety related disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors. Additionally, I provide trauma treatment through exposure and narrative based interventions. I enjoy creating positive therapeutic relationship, in addition to teaching skills to help support outside of session.
