Welcome, I am so glad you are here and have chosen to spend your precious time to engage in therapy. Choosing therapy is a stepping stone to self care, and a step to be celebrated. Through my career I have engaged with families, children and adults, with a variety of emotional health needs. As a therapist, I focus on increasing self compassion as well as compassion for the important people in our lives. We will use CBT and DBT skills, motivational interviewing and some fun sessions with art therapy. I want you to feel empowered as well as have the skills to manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
