Jessica has had experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults, and understands how to personalize her approach depending on her client’s needs. Jessica has also had experience in working with couples navigating overwhelming challenges. She has worked with those struggling with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Jessica believes in emphasizing the importance of self-acceptance and self-love while processing the internalized shame that causes so many to struggle. Ultimately, her goal is for her clients to achieve peace, stability and health.
