I believe healing starts when you feel truly seen, supported, and understood, and my goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore what you’re going through without judgment and begin creating meaningful change! I work with adults, couples, teens & children. I tailor treatment, recognizing that there is no “right” way to heal. Together, we focus on building insight, practical coping skills & emotional resilience while honoring my client’s values and lived experience. My clinical approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic therapy.
