Hi there! Looking for a therapist can be an overwhelming process, searching for a good fit, wondering if this will all work out, and looking for the "sign" that you've found the right one. I love my job as a therapist - if you're not sure how it all works, that's ok! As you take the time talking through your stressors, identifying what is (and isn't!) working in your life anymore, and developing new coping skills, you'll quickly grow to love the time you've invested in therapy. My hope is that together, we can find more balance, build better relationships, and grow personal confidence to move forward with lasting change. With 15 years of experience, my specialties include: navigating life transitions, substance abuse, motherhood overwhelm, perinatal/postpartum struggles, disgruntled teens : ) and I have lived experience of the unique struggles for Firefighters/First Responders.
