I believe that most growth occurs outside the four walls of a traditional therapy office. I specialize in working with children and families through an experiential, nature-based approach that blends adventure therapy, mindfulness, and CBT through a client-centered, empathetic lens. I strive to create a compassionate, supportive environment where kids and families feel safe to explore, express, and heal in ways that feel authentic. I'm also currently working toward my certification in Adventure Therapy!
