First Session is Free! Hello everyone! A little about me. First I am honest, dedicated, friendly and empathetic. I enjoy helping others in any way that I can. I am here to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive counseling environment. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your concerns/issues with me. I want to be open and share that I myself have used therapy as a coping mechanism. I lost my grandmother a few years ago and she raised me from birth. It was a difficult time in my life and I had a lot of trauma/grief/depression and anxiety. So I can relate. This is a judgement free zone and I am here to help you love yourself!
