I offer counseling services to adults and teens for a variety of concerns: ADHD, family issues, parenting concerns, grief, relationship issues/ trauma and those struggling with substance use. I believe strongly in holistic transformation of mind, body, and soul. At the core of our work together I focus on P.I.E.S- Physical Wellness, Intelectual Wellness, Emotional Wellness, and Spiritual Wellness. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor-Intern with over 14 years of experience.
