Hi there, I'm Lori! Therapy is hard, and so is living with difficult memories. My goal is to make therapy less difficult, emotional, and frightening and to get the work done that will make you feel whole again. I specialize in helping people work through those difficult memories, traumas and be that support while they face them head-on. We will work to develop your confidence in your skills so that you are able to cope with those memories while we start our work, and you will learn new skills to help neutralize those memories as they come up.
