I work with children, teens, adults, and families, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and foster youth, in a supportive and affirming space. My trauma-informed approach helps clients build emotional regulation, safely process past experiences, and reconnect with a sense of confidence, clarity, and control. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I help clients build coping skills, deepen emotional awareness, and gently explore how past experiences continue to affect the present. My approach is paced with care and focused on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and supported in meaningful change.
