I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois, with many differing experiences in the field of mental health and emotional well-being. I have experience working with families, couples, and individuals of all ages. I am passionate about supporting First Responders, Veterans, and their families. My goal is to help First Responders and their families in reducing stress, processing compounded trauma, and live a productive life that is not overshadowed by their professions. I also work with individuals that are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and personality disorders.
