I have been in this field for the past 18 years as a therapist, crisis metal health evaluator, and a clinical supervisor. I started private practice because I wanted to further my work in helping others here in my hometown. I enjoy working with adults, teenagers, adolescents, and couples. I have an extensive experience in treating anger management, anxiety related disorders including OCD, and crisis intervention, and trauma. I also treat depression, grief and loss, interpersonal conflicts, and personality disorders. I like to help patients take a deeper look at the roots of their issues so we can heal them from the ground up. I am down to earth and enjoy creating a unique relationship with each of my patients. I like to help patients feel at home in my office so we can create a safe space together to help them heal. I take a person centered approached to help them develop and reach their goals. I am humbled and honored to continue to serve my hometown community.
