We all experience hardships at different stages in life, some which are harder than others to overcome. Whether you or your child are struggling with depressive symptoms, increased anxiety, grief, difficulty with adjusting to changes or trauma related issues, therapy can be helpful. I have experience in working with children as young as 2 years old, adolescents, and young adults struggling with adjustment, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma related issues. I strive to support my clients in reducing symptoms and behaviors to bring enjoyment and wellbeing into their lives.
