I specialize in supporting individuals with chronic health conditions, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, OCD and mood disorders. I also have a passion for supporting individuals launch into adulthood and discover their independence through a strenghts based approach. I am intensively trained in DBT and provide individual, family, and group therapy. Additional interventions include Exposure Response Prevention, social skills development, and CBT. When working with younger clients, I incorporate creative play-based interventions to engage them in the therapeutic process.
