That is my favorite compliment to get as a therapist, because comfort and trust are the most important things to feel when looking for someone you can open up to and trust with your inner most thoughts and feelings. My goal is to provide you with an environment that you feel completely comfortable talking about anything and expressing yourself how you see fit with no judgement, shame, guilt, or fear. I want my clients to be able to vent about their past traumas, unresolved life experiences, and interpersonal relationships, etc.
