Are you having problems communicating with your spouse? I help couples to communicate better and get out of their patterns of conflict. Together we can create meaningful change in your marriage. I believe therapy can help find new, positive ways of connecting. I want to help you increase your intimacy and satisfaction in your relationship. In addition, I also help people going through life transitions in all stages of life. I enjoy working with adults in middle age and beyond navigating an empty nest, balancing care for children and aging parents, or those moving into retirement and exploring their identity outside of work.
