Accepting New Clients! Life is a journey. It is full of highs and lows and all of the moments in between. Trying to navigate life and all of its complexities independently can be challenging. Finding someone that you can build a therapeutic relationship with can make the process much more manageable. You have a person who is able to educate, support, challenge, process with, encourage, motivate, cheerlead and celebrate you as you work through the challenges presented in your life. It is nice to know you are not alone. I want to be that person for you. I consider this an honor. I see clients 12 through adulthood. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and utilize this technique when appropriate. I utilize a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. I also find parts work to be beneficial and use tools from Internal Family Systems Therapy.
