Finding the right therapist for yourself or your child can feel overwhelming. I look forward to walking with clients and families on their journey towards growth and healing, and strive to create a space where clients can show up authentically and be their best selves. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, but my clinical areas of interest include work with children ages 3 to 10, as well as adolescents, preteens, teenagers, and young adults struggling with attachment issues, separation anxiety, behavioral challenges, trauma, disordered eating, OCD, and life transitions. I use a person-centered approach to create a space where clients and families can show up feeling no judgement. I have training in EMDR, Play Therapy, TF-CBT, ERP, and evidenced based practices for the treatment of eating disorders.
