I work with adults (18+) who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. If you find yourself feeling on edge, emotionally numb, trapped in cycles that no longer serve you, or carrying the weight of past experiences, therapy can be a place to pause and begin healing. At the core of my work is the belief that healing begins with connection. I focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship through empathy, authenticity, and a collaborative, goal-oriented approach, supporting you as you gain insight, learn effective coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
