Southern Grace is a place to feel not only heard but known & understood. It's of utmost importance to me, that all who enter my office feel & know that during our time together especially during session(s), they are my world. Therapy is about having a desire for change; what we’ve done, been through, or where we come from is just a piece of our life’s story, it doesn’t have to be our whole story. I understand that moving through our discomfort can at times, feel unbearable and impossible. With self-compassion and patience, I believe all wounds can be healed. My passion lies in working with trauma(s) & PTSD, but I also have background working with depression, anxiety, & confidence struggles. I'm EMDR certified, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) trained & use the CBT & DBT modalities often.
