My work is focused on helping people move through and heal from past traumatic events from a body centered approach. I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) after 5 years of training with Somatic Experiencing International (traumahealing.org). I also incorporate co-regulating touch (CRT) into sessions as appropriate and desired by the client (coregulatingtouch.com).
