Hello and Welcome! I work with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, and group therapy. I specialize in working with symptoms related to trauma, depression, and anxiety; in addition to a variety of behavioral symptoms that children and adolescents present with. Through your participation in therapy, you will be given the opportunity to explore how a variety of factors have impacted your life; and together we will find ways to process these life experiences, and learn ways to better cope that will provide you with comfort and safety.
