I am a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about therapy and what it can do for someone. I like to offer clients a safe and trusting environment where they can find balance, healing and personal growth. I have extensive experience working with adults and older teens with a variety of issues; depression, anxiety, divorce, loss, trauma, addiction, etc. I use cIinically approved approaches tailored to the needs of my clients such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
