My goal is to help my clients break free from pain and embark on a journey towards personal growth. I know how it feels to be stuck in pain, and I know how amazing and life changing it feels to find a way out. I believe that this process is what builds beautiful, strong resilient people. My mission is to guide clients along the path of self-discovery and resilience building that best suits their unique needs. My approach is a unique blend of modalities including Experiential, Humanistic, IFS, CBT, and Holistic Psychology.
