About
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), having received my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. I have a background in community mental health working with clients of all ages and life stages to help them learn to cope and process past and present unresolved issues that are preventing them from moving forward with their lives. I enjoy working with adults of varying ages, diagnoses, and life stages who are not only consistent with attendance and participation, but who are also open to exploring themselves and making the necessary changes to meet their desired goals.
