Hi! I’m a proud New Yorican, navigating life in both English and Spanglish (and working on my Spanish!). Growing up in an inner-city community shaped who I am today and fueled my passion for becoming a therapist. My background—both personal and professional—helps me connect deeply with others from diverse walks of life. I’ve been a therapist for nearly five years, with dual master’s degrees in Forensic Psychology and Mental Health Counseling. Beyond my education, my lived experiences as a mother, life partner, stepmother, daughter, sister, and friend have equipped me with a broad, compassionate perspective.
