Hi! I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach with a focus in developing therapeutic rapport and trust first. I have prior experience working with individuals with trauma, anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders and mood and personality disorders. Many of our symptoms and traits can teach us something if we lean into it, this can help us to determine the root of our pain. Healing is possible for for all of us in a society that will condition us to believe other wise. Our first session will be a process of getting to know each other, respectful question asking and the start of a healing journey. I focus on developing trust and a therapeutic relationship first and believe in the capacity for all humans to find a space to heal.
