Curveballs can be much easier if you have a person who believes in you, your strengths, and your abilities. I believe we all have endless strengths, we are here, at this moment getting what we need and using our skills to do that. A lot can be said for showing up. We can only go up from here and learn even more skills to improve our lives. That is what therapy can do. Whether these things are big or small, growth is good and you deserve it.
