Stepping outside our comfort zone can be empowering. Therapy can be the first step to finding your inner strength. Currently, I work with adolescents and adults via telehealth or in person. I also work with children ages 10-13 in person only. I specialize in Anxiety, Adjustment disorders, Depression, and the general stressors of life. Life can be complicated and overwhelming, but through the therapeutic process it can feel more manageable and enjoyable. As a certified Animal Intervention Specialist, when appropriate, I also offer Animal Assisted Therapy.
