I’m currently telehealth only (in person is offered at Alliance Health). The choice to seek out counseling isn’t easy, I would love to be a part of your journey. As a therapist, I strive to provide a nonjudgmental atmosphere, and can help you to: identify internal strengths, develop and implement coping strategies, develop communication skills, process traumatic experiences, and more. I have training in somatic therapy, which I utilize to help build connection to the body and regulate the nervous system. Through continued training and learning I strive to provide those I work with the tools they need to build the future they want.
