I believe trusting, compassionate relationships and accessing the innate wisdom of the body and the inner Self are the pathways to transformative healing, wholeness, growth, and fulfillment. I have been a Licensed Alcohol and Drug counselor since 2008 and completed my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2022. I work with couples and individuals ages 17 & older. My specialties are Anxiety, trauma, shame, attachment injuries, healing from the impacts of addiction, and couples work focusing on reducing protective responses & increasing strength and security of emotional connection in relationships.
