I believe every individual has the built-in capacity for healing and resilience, even at the times that feel their darkest and most challenging. If you are reading this and struggling with anxious thoughts, dark moods, traumatic memories, a difficult time of transition, grief, or another kind of "dark night of the soul", I hope you decide to reach out for help, either to me or someone else. You are not alone. I have over 20 years of clinical Social Work experience with adults with a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, caregiving, and coping with chronic health conditions. I enjoy working from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy perspective, Mindfulness, and EMDR.
