I offer trauma focused treatment to individuals, groups and couples. I provide services to those suffering from substance abuse and grief and loss issues. I come with an empathic ear and a gracious appreciation for issues stemming from past events. I assist in uncovering core issues and work to reduce and manage symptoms that have interrupted a healthy life balance. I have been working with men, women and adolescents that have suffered from physical, emotional and sexual trauma, to include military combat stress and job challenges, as well as traumatic bereavement.
