Life is hard, and we all deserve someone that can help us navigate our worst days and celebrate our best. My goal is to be the person I needed when I was younger. I strive to create a safe and validating environment that allows my clients to be their truest selves and to be fully heard. I believe that the most important therapeutic tool is the rapport between a therapist and their client. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I have five years of experience providing support in community mental health settings. I work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and more.
