I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who supports people navigating big transitions, including college and young adulthood, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, and unsure of who they are becoming in the season they are in. In our work together, you can expect a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or have it all figured out. I care deeply about the relationship we build and believe meaningful therapy begins when your full self feels genuinely seen and understood. The first session is about getting to know each other. We will talk about what brought you in and what support has been missing or helpful in the past. There is no pressure to share everything or have clear goals right away. My priority is that the space feels emotionally safe, respectful, collaborative, and most importantly, makes sense to you.
