I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build healthy coping strategies, and develop tools to face challenges with resiliency. My previous clients have regained their confidence, faced their fears, and started engaging in meaningful activities they once avoided. I use traditional talk therapy techniques and Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR). I also bring a trauma-informed and collaborative perspective to our work.
